A couple of weeks ago, I did a family photo session for some friends. The Dunn's are the Pastoral Assistant's at the church I attend. This is one of the easiest shoots I've done in a while, and that's saying a lot considering there were small children involved. Kids are not always the easiest subjects. Here's a few of my ... read more
My FIrst Silhouette Cameo Project {LOVE Canvas & Instagram Photo Display}
If you read my post about the twins' birthday party, you know I made a banner out of 3x3 Instagram prints. I ordered them at Kanvess. And I have to add that they were super cheap and shipping was very fast! I used the leftovers for guests to choose a picture and attach to a journaling card, where they wrote sweet things to Harrison and ... read more

Our Christmas Family Photo Session – 2013
It seems like trying to get family photos done takes a lot more work than I anticipated. Between finding the right clothes that work together but aren't too "matchy", waiting on certain pieces of clothing to arrive in the mail, setting a session time when the weather decides to behave, getting everyone ready on time when the weather does behave and ... read more

Built-In Bookshelf Makeover
We've been doing quite a few projects around the house lately, one of them was tackling the built-in bookshelf in our hallway. This thing has looked NIGHTMARISH since we moved in this house. Trust me. JUNKY. Embarrassing to admit, but I wanted to paint the back wall of the shelf and we have never gotten around to it, so it just collected ... read more
Thankful
How can I say thanks for the things You have done for me? Things so undeserved, yet You gave to prove Your love for me; The voices of a million angels could not express my gratitude. All that I am and ever hope to be, I owe it all to Thee. To God be the Glory for the things He has done. So thankful for ... read more
Snap Happy – The Isom Family Session
This is the second family photo session I've done recently. The Isom's are great friends of ours and they are an adorable family. In fact, Christina (mom), keeps the twins while I work a few hours three days a week. She is the BEST babysitter ever! And what's awesome is that she volunteered long before I had the twins and rearranged her schedule so ... read more

Life with Twins: Dallas Arboretum Photos
Last weekend, we took a family "mini" vacation. They have a fall display every year with over 50,000 pumpkins ... read more
