Happy Thursday, friends! It’s one week until Valentine’s Day and I’m here to share my Chic Valentine Tablescape in the dining room. I usually change out my decor for the seasons, but don’t typically do a whole lot for Valentine’s Day. But I was contacted by Smarty Had A Party and they asked if I would be interested in creating a tablescape with some of their products. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to spruce up my table for “love day”.
Smarty Had A Party has anything you might need for your tables for any event. I chose some of their white disposable dinner and salad plates, along with some mint colored napkins (which match my walls perfectly), and some disposable dessert shooters.
I layered their plates and my regular dinner plates became a charger. Spotted scrapbook paper came in handy as placemats.
I added some whimsy and fun to the plates with little greetings written in gold paint pen.
I used the dessert shooters to hold festive candy.
Layering faux fur on top of my white table runner added some warmth and texture to the table. I threw gold party string lights down the middle of the table, and mixed some beautiful fresh roses in with faux flowers and eucalyptus. And just to prove why you should never get rid of anything (ha!), the bowl the flowers are in was a fishbowl (let’s have a moment of silence for Penelope the Goldfish) 20 years ago in my dorm at college! I KNEW I’d use it again! Hahaha!
I’m really loving the way this turned out!
Just look at those roses!
My favorite view in the house, looking from the kitchen into the living room!
I hope you enjoyed my Chic Valentine Tablescape! Do you decorate for Valentine’s Day?
Pin for reference later…Sharing is caring!
P.S. If you still need Valentines for your kiddos to pass out at school, check out my free printable ones here.

Hi Kassie! Visiting from Simplifying Design for Bloggers FB page and so glad I did! What a beautiful table and love that it’s so easy and that things are disposable. Also love the idea of writing a note for each guest on the top plate 🙂 You have a lovely blog–
