Hey y’all! I thought I’d hop on the blog and share my summer mantel with you. It hasn’t changed much since my “Springtime Around the House” post, but I wanted to share it anyway. I typically change the mantel up with the seasons, and this time around is no different, though it’s simpler. I’ve been on a “less is more” kick around here and I’m enjoying it.
I bought several faux succulents last year and I’ve found I really love them (real ones, too). There were several I had on my dining table last year, and I decided to use them on the mantel this summer. If you saw my mantel two Christmases ago, and also last summer before the makeover, then you know I had hung a birch log under the mantel for decor. I took it down for awhile when we made over the fireplace, but decided to put it back up recently. I strung the tassel garland I used for Valentines’ decor over the birch log and that’s about it! I’m loving the simplicity of it.
What do you think of my summer mantel? Do you change your mantel for the seasons?? I’m already dreaming up Fall! 🙂
Please pin for all your friends to see! {Sharing is caring!}
Till the next time!

Really cute. I think it’s super dope that you switch up the decor every season. Growing up my mom would do the same to our family dinning table. I can’t wait until I get a house and I’m an start collecting all my seasonal decor stuff
